🛠️ Item Condition Policy – WP Resale

At WP Resale, one of our top priorities is item accuracy. Our team works diligently to inspect, test, and verify every item we process. As part of this process, each product is assigned a condition based on its appearance, functionality, and packaging.

⚠️ Important Note: If an item has cosmetic blemishes, missing parts, or any other noteworthy details not covered by the general condition, those specifics will be clearly noted in the product description.

Below are the condition categories we use:

✅ New

Factory sealed and never opened. The product is in original packaging with all original accessories included.

📦 New – Open Box

Item is new and unused, but the packaging has been opened. It may be missing protective wrapping, but all accessories are included unless otherwise noted.

🔄 Used

Item shows some signs of use, such as light wear or minor cosmetic marks. It is fully operational and functional.

⚠️ For Parts / Repair

Item has defects that affect functionality or is non-working. Sold as-is, no returns accepted, and intended for parts, repair, or salvage.
