Return and Refund Policy

At WP Resale, your satisfaction is our priority. We offer refunds and/or exchanges within 7 days of purchase only for items that have:

  • Missing parts

  • Functionality issues

  • Inspection errors

Please note: Refunds will not be issued for cosmetic blemishes.

If more than 7 days have passed since your purchase, unfortunately, we cannot offer a refund or exchange.

 


 

Eligibility Requirements

To qualify for a return, refund, or exchange:

  1. The item must be returned to WP Resale or show proof of return shipping within 7 days of order completion.

  2. The item must be in the same condition as when purchased.

  3. The item must be in its original packaging.

  4. The WP Resale SKU sticker must remain attached to the packaging.

  5. The purchaser must provide a valid purchase receipt.

 


 

AS-IS Items (Non-Returnable)

Some items are sold AS-IS and are not eligible for return, refund, or exchange. These items will be clearly labeled and may include, but are not limited to:

  • Items transported against manufacturer recommendations

  • Damaged or non-functioning items labeled "for parts/repair"

  • Deeply discounted lots labeled "clearout" or "cleanout"

  • Very fragile items with a high risk of transport damage

  • Perishable items with a "best by" or expiration date

  • Big & heavy items that are at higher risk for transit damage
